Feel like a bird on the Bird Flight zip-line or slide in the fast waterslide that leads into a cavern. You'll question reality when you visit Town, where you don't know if you're going up or down, if up is down or down is up, and let your senses guide you in Xensatorium, a cavern in pitch black darkness that houses all the ecosystems of the planet. Pickups are from 07:30 am, the exact time will be assigned depending on your location.
Here are some meeting points:

  • Pick up in Cancun Hotel Zone. If the transportation does not arrive at your hotel, a meeting point will be assigned.
  • Cancun meeting point: Wyndham Garden Downtown.
  • Playa del Carmen: Plaza Antigua or Plaza Las Perlas (contact customer service for assistance)
  • Tulum: No pick-up at any hotel or Airbnb, the meeting point will be at the Aloft Tulum.

For this tour, we provide our special boarding pass that gives you access to transportation, so you must provide an email; otherwise, you will not have access to transportation and no refund will be provided.

  • Wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
  • Wear a cap, hat, and/or sunglasses.
  • Bring a bathing suit and towel.
  • Bring a set of dry clothes.
  • Bring biodegradable sunscreen.
  • Insect repellent.
  • Camera.
  • Cash and/or credit cards.

IMPORTANT: Activities are not recommended for people with heart problems, fear of heights, claustrophobia, or dizziness easily, who have recent surgery, back pain, weighing more than 136 kg, or pregnant women.

  • Children under 12 years old with a height greater than 1.40 m must also present identification to verify their age.
  • No date changes are allowed on the day of your visit.
  • All children aged 5 and over will pay the child price.
  • Children aged 12 and over will pay the adult price.
  • Children 4 years and under will travel for free sitting on the lap.
  • All babies must be registered at the reservation, otherwise they will not have access to transportation.
  • Minors must prove age with identification.
